Our accommodation is a modern, bright and spacious apartment, with a balcony overlooking the city skyline, ready to offer you a wonderful stay in the center of Agrinio. The place
-The accommodation consists of a large bedroom with a super-double comfortable bed that has an anatomic mattress and COCO-MAT company pillows as well as a spacious wardrobe.
-The accommodation includes a fully equipped and modern kitchen with a large comfortable feather sofa, a flat screen TV with streaming services (Netflix), as well as a large and modern private bathroom with a shower, free toiletries and a hairdryer. An electric fridge, a modern electric cooker and an electric kettle are also provided. Plates, cutlery and all necessary utensils are provided. The accommodation includes bed linen, bed covers and towels, as well as bathroom amenities.
-The apartment has soundproofing, air conditioning and free fast internet (VDSL-WIFI).
-The apartment has a large balcony with comfortable chairs and a unique view.
- A baby cot is available free of charge upon request.
-The apartment is equipped with security doors and access is done with unique electronic codes. These codes are only valid for the duration of your stay and are deleted after the rental period. No keys are used, therefore, no one else has access to the apartment during the rental period.
- Particular attention is paid to the cleanliness and hygiene of the apartment. Specialized professional cleaning is carried out before each arrival and we use exclusively ecological disinfectant materials.
-There is a special first aid kit available.
- There is no private parking on the property, however there is the Municipal parking of Agrinio (underground parking) located within walking distance of the property.
- For the benefit of all guests, smoking and pets are not allowed, as well as parties.
Guest access to the accommodation
Guests can enjoy the privacy of the entire apartment, which is professionally cleaned with eco-disinfectant materials before each guest arrival and is presented fully equipped. The accommodation is located in close proximity to the Archaeological Museum of Agrinio. Lake Trichonida is a twenty (20) minute drive from the property.
